Lifetime Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our fragrance for life.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your 7OCLOCK cologne, you can request a return or replacement at any time — no expiration date.

Eligibility

To qualify under our Lifetime Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • The bottle must be lightly used only (defined as a few test sprays)

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Excessively used bottles or bottles returned empty are not eligible.

How to Start a Claim

To initiate a return or replacement, contact us at contact@by7oclock.com.

If approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on where to send your package

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Non-Eligible Items

The following are not covered under the Lifetime Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • Bottles that are heavily used or mostly empty

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage

Exchanges

If you’d like to try something else, the fastest option is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.
